Why an Ecological Appointment Book?

The very first world conference on the environment was held in Stockholm in 1972. It was at that conference that the idea of sustainable development took hold. Development carries both social and ecological responsibility, as we seek a higher quality of life for all the world's inhabitants. Similarly, the conference established as a fundamental obligation our responsibility vis-à-vis the environment both for the present generation and those yet unborn.
